The Iris Nebula

"Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?" Isaiah 40:12 KJV

This has been, by far, the hardest target I have attempted. Multiple nights of clouds meant that I spent over two months just capturing the data. Then was the processing. Given that this was my first attempt at processing a dark nebula, I had a lot to learn and am still learning. I am still not completely satisfied with this final version, but after over a month of going back and forth with the process, I am calling it done for now.
